Shipping

We ship Australia wide. 

Standard shipping is $9.95 estimated in 3-6 business days. If you require urgent shipping, please email us at at hello@mannamarketing.com.au to discuss.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. 
If your order is lost/damaged, please contact us within 14 days via email at hello@mannamarketing.com.au

Returns & Refunds

We do not provide refunds for change of mind. 

We understand things happen in transit. A refund or replacement is offered for any orders that arrive damaged or majorly different than described and/or photographed. 

Kindly email us at hello@mannamarketing.com.au within 14 days of item receipt. 

We will provide a return address for faulty products to be returned in a reasonable time. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, the customer will be reimbursed for any reasonable return costs. Refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment.
